GHTime Code(s): nc ncHi guys, it’s been a while since my last entry. Got caught up with school stuff, etc. and now, an unexpected incident happened. My mom’s luggage was left inside the taxi cab in Manila. They have forgotten all about her precious luggage in the fact that she’s not with them on their stop to MOA. Things inside her luggage includes: money, clothes, report papers, and her most treasured laptop which was badly needed for her work. I almost cried when she narrated to me of what have happened. I know how bad she feels. 
Since she badly needed a laptop and since I felt awful for her, I suggested her to use mine in a couple of months until she could afford to buy a new one. Also, I need to concentrate on my review for the upcoming Nursing Board Examination which will be on July 3 and 4. Having this gadget with me serves as a distraction for me for now, so I just better let my mom have this for a while. (more…)

Since January, I was so itching to buy Corby coz’ I’ve been watching this Korean drama series entitled You’re Beautiful and I find it so cute and handy with its cool features. Much to my surprise, it is also affordable! Thanks to Blogsvertise, I was able to get a cupid pink-colored Corby. I bought mine at RC Goldline in SM City Cebu for only 7,290php. I am so happy! 
This serves as my belated birthday present for myself since I didn’t have enough money to buy on the day of my birthday.

I’ve finally passed the adolescence stage, but that doesn’t keep me from doing childish things (lols). But finally reaching the early adult stage, I must now learn how to act like one which I know I can and I will. Anyway, let me share to you the happenings on the day of my birthday.
Last January 28, 2010 I celebrated my 20th Birthday. I was glad it was a clear sunny day yet I felt anxious coz’ I missed my clinical duty. I woke up late so better be absent, that was my special day anyway. I only thought of going out in the afternoon so I went out all by myself, and went to Sto. Niño Church to pray and thank God for giving me another year to cherish. Thereafter, I went to SM to stroll. I was planning to watch a movie all by myself, but then mom texted me that she’s already on her way to Cebu. She was in Manila that time and took a 2 hr travel by plane. She arrived at around 5PM in the airport and was picked up by Fr. Mike (priest), our friend.
I spend my time window shopping while waiting for them. Finally, at around 6PM, they’ve arrived, just in time for dinner, yay! So we then went to Cafe Laguna as Fr. Mike suggested.
