As far as I can remember, I’ve been to Maribago Bluewater three times already last year. Wow, those moments were just amazing. I can still remember our first time when 30 bloggers (mostly Cebu Bloggers Society members) were invited to tour around on that one summer day. I was pretty much astonished when I saw the place.

Another Sweet Treat From Maribago Bluewater To Bloggers!

My last visit to Maribago Bluewater Beach Resort was last October 14, 2009 for their Bluewater Gallery Opening. And now, Maribago Bluewater is giving away another treat to bloggers all over the Philippines to enjoy the resort’s white sand and its other amazing facilities. Isn’t that sweet?

Hopefully, on October 25th will be my 3rd visit to the resort. My first was last May 16, 2009 when they gave the bloggers a Summer Blowout to remember. I hope this post will be included in the first batch of bloggers to have the free day tour. Thanks to Mr. Ruben Licera for informing us about this another lovely treat.

Maribago Bluewater Gallery: dualXposure

The Maribago Bluewater located in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu have invited 5 members of the Cebu Bloggers Society to the launching of their bluewatergallery with the back-to-back exhibit of Mr. Jet Florendo and Mr. Boy Kiamko last October 14, 2009. Thanks to Mr. Ruben Licera of PINOYWORLD for inviting us. The 5 CBS bloggers who attended the event were Mikyu, Bryan, Jorich, Atty. Ethelbert, and me.

The tandem is inevitable.

After more than 3 decades of established bond as brothers, two of Cebu’s respected homegrown artists share the limelight in an exhibit dubbed “DUAL EXPOSURE” at the Bluewater Gallery which opened last October 14, 2009.

Jet Florendo celebrates his 35th year as a seasoned sculptor with more than two thousand artworks, 35 exhibits and counting.

Boy Kiamko on the other hand traced his beginnings as a realist and an adept in landscape painter in the early 70’s with 22 one-man exhibits, half a dozen international exposures and a solid thousand artworks in circulation in 4 continents. (more…)

Reason for choosing Sumilon Bluewater Day Tour over Acquaintance Party

Once again, after the Maribago Bluewater Summer Blowout Experience, PINOYWORLD has given us the one great opportunity to be in the island paradise of Sumilon Bluewater. Bloggers were invited to join the 1st Sumilon Bluewater Island Resort Day Tour Blowout and I was very fortunate to be included in the list together with the other Cebu Bloggers Society members. Who would have thought that out of the many desperate bloggers who wanted to join the day tour blowout my name was still included.

I posted my entry late due to conflict in schedule. August 1, 2009 Saturday. The Sumilon Day Tour and our Acquaintance Party was on the same date in different time and venues. It was a must for us to attend the acquiantance party since it would be our last year. I can’t be in two places at the same time. I was having doubts on joining the Sumilon Day Tour. But wait ’til you see what Sumilon Bluewater looks like which made me erase all of my doubts. (more…)

Maribago Bluewater Summer Blowout!

Phew. After how many days of not having an internet connection at home, here I am today sitting inside an internet cafe blogging about the Maribago Bluewater Beach Resort. Wow. See how desperate I am to join?

Just recently, they were all talking about this Maribago Blue Water. I didn’t know what it was all about since I haven’t cheked the CBS forums lately. Clarence from www.dahonglaya.com informed me that on May 16, 2009 the Cebu Bloggers Society are invited to this extravagant and fun-filled FREE SUMMER BLOWOUT in Maribago! Whoa. Imagine that. Can’t afford to miss this. I hope it’s not too late. Anyway, let me tell you about Maribago Bluewater.
