Frizberry Yogurt Soon to Open at SM City Cebu

Hi guys! Don’t you just love yogurt? Well I do. Now I have a great news for you: the Frizberry Yogurt will soon to open at the 2nd level of SM City Cebu fronting Salon de Rose on March 8, 2010! Yep, you got that right.

Aside from being a delicious snack with fruits on the bottom, yogurt has great health benefits. It is an excellent source of protein, calcium, riboflavin and vitamin B 12. When yogurt is compared to milk, yogurt contains more calcium and protein because of the added cultures in the yogurt. Yogurt must contain active and living cultures to be yogurt. Cultures are composed of unique living microorganisms which are responsible for many of the health and nutritional benefits of yogurt. Now I don’t have to enumerate all the health benefits of yogurt, do I?

Celebrating My 20th Birthday at Cafe Laguna

Gosh, I still can’t believe I’m old now. I’ve finally passed the adolescence stage, but that doesn’t keep me from doing childish things (lols). But finally reaching the early adult stage, I must now learn how to act like one which I know I can and I will. Anyway, let me share to you the happenings on the day of my birthday.

Last January 28, 2010 I celebrated my 20th Birthday. I was glad it was a clear sunny day yet I felt anxious coz’ I missed my clinical duty. I woke up late so better be absent, that was my special day anyway. I only thought of going out in the afternoon so I went out all by myself, and went to Sto. Niño Church to pray and thank God for giving me another year to cherish. Thereafter, I went to SM to stroll. I was planning to watch a movie all by myself, but then mom texted me that she’s already on her way to Cebu. She was in Manila that time and took a 2 hr travel by plane. She arrived at around 5PM in the airport and was picked up by Fr. Mike (priest), our friend.

I spend my time window shopping while waiting for them. Finally, at around 6PM, they’ve arrived, just in time for dinner, yay! So we then went to Cafe Laguna as Fr. Mike suggested.

CBS at 2: The Cebu Bloggers Society 2nd Anniversary Celebration!

Last year, on the first year anniversary of CBS, there was no celebration such as this so I’m really thankful that this year, it is all made possible. Last February 14, 2009 was the day I officially became part of Cebu Bloggers Society and this coming Sunday, February 14, 2010 would be the celebration of our 2nd year Anniversary together with the celebration of my first year with CBS and Valentine’s Day. I am totally excited!

In two years, blogging in Cebu has ripened from just being a mere online diary to something that takes an active role in civic and social awareness.

One of the factors that contributed to this positive development in the blogging scene in Cebu is the creation of a local blogging community.

The Cebu Bloggers Society was founded on February 14, 2008, with the main goal of uniting Cebu-based bloggers into a well-bonded community. And indeed, after its creation, individuals with diverse backgrounds but with a common interest, which is to promote Cebu and advocate blogging as a key tool for progress, converged together to establish Cebu’s first and largest blogging community.

The Cebu Bloggers Society has really grown and evolved quite significantly. From its humble beginnings, the group presently has at least 80 members and still counting. And now, the group is already anticipating its 2nd founding anniversary! Dubbed as “CBS @ 2: The Cebu Bloggers Society 2nd Anniversary Celebration”, the event is envisioned to further strengthen the bond of friendship and camaraderie within the blogging community. SM City Cebu Foodcourt BLOGGERS EVENT “Asia-in-a-Basket”

I’m back to blogging again. It took me so long to blog about this event. The Cebu Bloggers Society was invited to the Bloggers Event “Asia-in-a-Basket” at SM City Cebu Foodcourt last Noveber 30, 2009. I was late to arrive on the event due to some errands. Anyhow, I was there. When I arrived, I can see my fellow bloggers on their seats with their laptops on and other gadgets on the loose. First thing I noticed was the buffet table with the different kinds of dishes on display.
